Please hold the date Thursday March 8 for the production of Steel Magnolias
We are happy to share information with you about the next production of the American Theater Company in Brussels. Some of us are certainly planning to go… not least because an ACB Board member is in the show! We won’t organize a group booking for ACB, but we plan to attend on the Thursday evening and encourage ACB members to do the same if you can. That way, you can combine seeing some friendly ACB faces with an evening of theatre. It is being performed all that week, if you cannot make the Thursday.

Helped by her eager new assistant, Annelle, the outspoken, wise-cracking Truvy offers shampoos and free advice to her best clients and best friends. This alternately hilarious and poignantly moving play invites us into the gossipy world of women in a small-town beauty parlor in the American South. Above all, it explores the universal strength, compassion, and resilience underlying the antic banter of its very human characters."
