This month’s Dine-Out brings us straight into the vibrant heart of Brussels: Bonsoir Clara combines a central location with one-of-a-kind design and exquisite dining. Its location is tucked into the triangle of beautiful La Bourse, trendy Les Halles St. Gery, and happening Place St. Catherine and de Vismarkt. The restaurant itself connects colourful stained-glass windows with a large patchwork of matching tapestry against the walls, and with classy furniture – a unique décor altogether. And last but not least, the kitchen serves truly top-notch fare from an open setting creatively fusing French cuisine with a touch of the broader Mediterranee.

Terrine campagnard, chutney de courgettes aux grains de sésame
(Country-style terrine, zucchini chutney with sesame seeds)

Main Course
Suprême de coucou de Malines laqué aux épices douces, pommes golden à la cassonade et grémolata aux agrumes
(Supreme of lacquered Mechelen cuckoo with mild spices, golden apples with brown sugar and citrus gremolata)

Dessert
Pannacotta de coco à la vanille et gelée d'oranges
(coconut pannacotta with vanilla et gelée d'oranges)

Sashimi de saumon mariné façon gravelax, vinaigrette "kunzumivuuzu" et graines de pavot bleu
(Sashimi of salmon marinated gravelax style,
"kunzumivuzu" & poppy seeds vinaigrette)

Chinoiserie de scampis pochés au bouillon parfumé au
galanga, pâtes de riz au lait de coco

("Chinoiserie" of scampi poached with broth perfumed
with galanga, rice paste with coconut milk)

Dessert
La mousse au chocolat noir et chutney d'agrumes
(Dark chocolate mousse with citrus chutney)

Wine and water are included.

Cancellations are possible until noon on Monday, September 17. Participants cancelling after this time, as well as no-shows, are charged the full cost of the event.
